I had to approach it from a different angle however, but overall it was a pleasant series with plenty of action and purpose behind it. 9.50 (excellent) | Oh I love the different arcs. The main character is somewhat relate able, however the story is what REALLY separates this series from the others. The constant use of different colors, angles, and characters really keep the series refreshing. While there isn't nearly as much character development in the animated series, there is enough depth to where you can grow some kind of connection towards the characters. | ||

The whole idea of basketball saving the world is a bit weird, but the matches are pretty enjoyable to watch with the addition of the Big Foots. The ending however left you with a bit more questions, and didn't feel finished. =/ | ||

9.25 (very good) | With the first season well behind us, the second does not even give you a recap after so long... Instead you are almost instantly thrown into a new environment and new characters. With a large portion of the cast making returns (and final goodbyes) the second season is already looking hugely more organized and impressive then the first. And the first season was pretty darn good as well, excellent character designs combined with tons of suspense and drama really keeps you guessing. Combine that with mysterious characters and huge room for development, it's no reason it was the most anticipated sequel of 2009 since Gundam00 S2 or Code Geass R2. | ||
