The humor is definitely not this series strong point, however the characters are lovable and relate-able to the extent it makes up for it. The story is pretty basic, involving a God who was created into human form to rid the world of impurities...along the line she develops emotions as well as struggles to prove to everyone her power (all while loosing it at the same time). The end result is really satisfying and rewarding, however it does make you crave more after wards since they wrapped everything up so quickly. | ||

10.00 (excellent) | God I LOVE this series. Partially because I can somewhat relate to the main character. I first picked it up after I moved out of my house and into my college for the first time. I could instantly relate to the lead character in the sense it felt like the world was against me, leaving everything behind it felt like the world was collapsing in on me and I had no one to turn to, however like the character in the anime, you develop and change overtime or you forever loose yourself. This anime really awoken me to the realization of life, and having suffered some of the same problems as he did, in many ways it helped me just as much as it helped him overcome his fears to realize how enjoyable life really is...Shame the ending felt rushed and I just wanted more! | ||

Everything is so sharp and detailed, it's worth going back and watching episodes more then once. The comedy is quite simply...EPIC! I've never laughed so much in ages, and it just keeps on delivering episode after episode. The romance sorta takes a back seat for now, however I do expect it to start becoming more and more of a focus the further we go into the series. | ||
